Tinder's $2B lawsuit against parent company to proceed to jury trial



Tinder was handed a small victory in its court case against parent company IAC/InterActiveCorp and subsidiary Match Group on Tuesday, when an appeals court rejected the latter groups’ attempt to dismiss the $2 billion lawsuit filed against them.
